Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached and free from signs of wear.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
